Shot glass Romaine lettuce sliced 1/4-inch
Salad shrimp seafood Cocktail sauce, I used Heinz brand small Romaine
lettuce leaf for garnish, optional
Lemon zest for garnish, optional
Cucumber slice notched
Fill a shot
glass layering with Romaine lettuce, seafood and cocktail sauce. Garnish
with lettuce leaf, lemon zest, a cucumber slice and serve with a
cocktail fork.
