prosciutto as guests are seated, a unique way to start a dinner party...
so tasty, I serve them in candle holders... a perfect size!

Yield: 1/4 cup
Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ounce Prosciutto, diced fine, or use any type deli meat 1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon celery finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared hot horseradish 1 teaspoon hot chili paste 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cayenne pepper, to taste Parsley sprigs for garnish crackers
Preparation:
Combine cream cheese, Prosciutto, garlic, celery, lemon juice, horseradish, chili paste, salt and
cayenne pepper in a mini processor blending until chunky. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour or
overnight to develop the flavors.
Use a melon baller to make tiny round cheese balls; serve one per person on an Amuse Bouche container, (I used Valentine
candle holders). Serve with crackers; garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
