Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Toasted Cheese Sandwich

serves 1
1 teaspoon butter
2 slices sandwich bread
Medium Cheddar Cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
salt, to taste
sliced dill pickle and black olive on a toothpick
for garnish
Put salted cheese between bread slices; grill on both sides in a covered
skillet with melted butter until toasted on both sides.
Cut the sandwich in a 3-1/4-inch round circle with a utility knife (I used
the rim of a glass as a guide). Garnish with pickle, olives and serve.
