Toasted Cheese Sandwich Rounds

serves 1
1 teaspoon butter 2 slices bread of your choice Medium Cheddar Cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
salt, to taste
sliced dill pickle and black olive on a toothpick
for garnish
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, lay two bread
slices with lightly salted cheddar between; cover and toast both sides of bread
to a
light golden brown. Transfer to a cutting board, use a utility knife to cut into approximately a 3-inch circle (I used
the rim of a glass as a guide). Garnish
with a pickle slice, olive and serve.
