My Dad has always enjoyed fresh fruit and vegetables but
he has never liked cucumbers.
At one of our family gatherings I made this and
was bracing myself for his
negative comments.
To my surprise he said, "This is the best I have ever
had,
it tastes good and I like the freshness and crunch."
He had several helpings... that pleased me.
To this day, I have never told him all the ingredients.
