Beef and Turkey Party Tray

1 pound deli Roast Beef, sliced thinly
1/2 pound deli Turkey Breast, sliced thinly
Stuffed Green Olives with Pimento, sliced for garnish
Curly leafed Parsley for garnish
Fold each slice of meat 1-inch wide.
Starting on outer portion of round plate going in a circle overlap slices; on next inner row do the same approximately 1-inch from outer edge. Continue making overlapping rows in a circle until plate is completely covered. Garnish with olives, parsley and serve.
